When you arrive at Frontier Lodge on the first day of camp, you can expect to be greeted by our excited staff who spend their year prayerfully awaiting your arrival. We strive to keep Christ at the heart of everything we do at camp. Our cabin and program staff spend their days deeply caring for their campers and making sure their needs (spiritual, emotional, physical) are met. Each camper will make themselves at home in a cabin with 5-9 other campers, overseen by their Counselors. Campers sleep in bunk beds and often have late night talks with their friends.
Each camper has the opportunity to choose a few of the activities they will get to participate in throughout the week. Get ready to catch up with old camp friends and meet new ones, sing loudly, try new things, rest, and discover Jesus!

Info and FAQ
Frontier Lodge is a Christian youth camp that welcomes campers from all backgrounds. We are non-denominational in our scope and are concerned more with the sharing of God and His creation with our young people. We believe in exhibiting the Gospel through Action, through Word and through Deed. This takes place in our daily chapel time as we sing, hear and celebrate the Gospel message, it takes place in the way we treat one another and in how we interact, it takes place in what we do each and every day.
Registration for 2025 Overnight Camps will open on February 1st 2025 at 10am. Once spots are full, an automatic waitlist will be enabled.
The link to register can be found by clicking the REGISTER NOW buttons on this page (After February 1st at 10am).

We believe that every child should have the opportunity to experience a week at camp! We know that pockets are not bottomless, and everyone experiences financial stresses at various points in life. To help families get their children to camp, we have funds available to give every year to help subsidize a week of camp. Scholarship applications can be completed here: https://frontierlodge.org/camper-scholarships
We provide bus transportation to and from camp every week from the West Island! You can register for this transportation during the registration process. You can add transportation at a later date by sending us an email.
We try our best to honor mutual requests for children of similar age to be in the same cabin. Campers and staff are separated into cabin groups based on their age and sex. Cabin groupings are made prior to Check-in, so please indicate any requests when prompted during the online registration process. Camp is fun with friends, but it’s also a great place to meet new ones too!

We aim to create a secure environment in all areas of camp. There are two counselors sleeping in the cabin with the campers at all times.
Our Kitchen Staff prepare healthy and kid friendly meals from our FL summer menu. There are a variety of options available at each meal, but if your child requires special food for a gluten intolerance, lactose intolerance, vegan diet or another diet, families are asked to send supplemental food for the week. This food should be portioned in containers for the fridge or freezer, and well-labelled with the camper’s name. Please let us know if you will be bringing extra food so we can arrange adequate storage.
If you’ve had live or your child has had lice, you know it’s no joke. In an effort to prevent the spread of lice at camp, we perform a head-check on every camper at check-in on Sunday afternoon. If any lice are found, the children must be treated ASAP. If the camper arrived with a family member, that individual will be responsible for the lice treatment. If the camper arrived by bus, a staff member will likely take care of the treatment in the infirmary.Â
We encourage families to check their children’s head for lice before sending them to camp.Â
Our staff will provide laundry services for campers as needed (ex. bed-wetting, or if all their clothes become wet or full of mud, etc). Campers who are attending two
The Tuck Shop is our camp store! It’s open every weekday afternoon (Monday-Friday) between activities for campers to choose 2 free snacks! No extra food purchases will be permitted. Frontier Lodge Merch can be purchased on Check-in day or throughout the week. Merch includes t-shirts, hoodies, water bottles, and lanyards! We can add Merch purchases and charge payments to a camper’s parent account.
On Thursday night of Overnight Camp, we celebrate the end of the week with a Banquet! Although most of the week is spent dressing up in silly clothes, this is the night that we dress up in special clothes. Banquet attire can vary from nice pants and shirt to a skirt or dress, from casual to fancy. Sometimes, it’s whatever clean clothes are left in the suitcase! Banquet night is when we find out which cabins won SUPER CABIN, and we enjoy a special supper together in a decorated Dining Hall. Please send your child with special clothes for the banquet if possible.
Each week, cabin groups participate in challenges to collect points throughout the week. The cabins with the most points are awarded with the title of SUPER CABIN on Banquet night!
We know birthdays are so special! We love to celebrate birthdays with singing and cake. The whole camp will celebrate the individual by singing “Happy Birthday” in the Dinning Hall, and the cabin will enjoy birthday cake together! If parents would like to wish their child a Happy Birthday, we can arrange for a short birthday phone call.
Many families enjoy leaving small care packages or letters for their children to open during the week. Families are invited to leave mail with our staff at check-in. We require that families label all mail with their child’s full name, and day they wish for item to be delivered. Letters can also be sent to the office by email during the week. Campers will receive mail at Tuck time. *This is not madatory.
