Family Camp is a relaxed, casual, relational weekend where families enjoy time together at the lake, with programming to create some shared experiences. Whether you’re long-time camp lovers, seeking quality time together, or new to the camp experience, this is a perfect way to create lasting memories. It’s a great opportunity for those who love camp, those who want to connect, and new families interested in introducing their kids to camp! Enjoy activities with your family like: swimming, boating, water trampolining, tubing, games, arts and crafts, sports, fishing, hiking, or even a scenic outing to Coaticook.
Registration Fees
The cost of the weekend is largely dependent on the size of your family and the type of accommodation you choose.
Full Event Registration Fee
$75 Teen & Adult (12+)
$35 Child (5-11 years)
$20 Young Child (3-4years)
$0 Infant (0-2 years)
This registration fee covers use of the site and food for the entire weekend. Please note: if you have a special diet, you must plan to bring extra food to supplement our menu.
Day Pass (Thursday or Friday)
$25 Teen & Adult (12+)
$15 Child (5-11 years)
$8 Young Child (3-4years)
$0 Infant (0-2 years)
Those who cannot participate in the entire Family Camp can register in advance for a Day Pass.

A few things to remember when choosing your accommodation during registration:
1) Please only select accommodation for ONE member of your family (ideally the parent registering). Otherwise, you could be reserving 4 cabins/tents.
2) If you would like to share a cabin with another family, you must have already agreed with the other family to share a cabin with them before registering (please discuss this ASAP to avoid unnecessary delays).
3) If you register for a shared cabin, you must indicate the other family’s name as your “Cabinmate request”.
4) If a family registers for a shared cabin and the other family listed does not register, then the registered family will be required to pay full price for the cabin unless they find another family to share with them.
Registration Day: April 1st @ 7:30pm
Registration for the Family Camp will be completed on a first-come, first-served basis. We expect a high volume of registrations within the first few hours, so please plan to register early starting on April 1st @ 7:30pm.
Registration has never been easier! Complete all the information needed through our online forms, pay by credit card, and receive immediate email confirmation of your registration. Families can sign into their account any time to check reservations, or pay remaining balances. To make any changes to a register after it has been submitted, please contact our camp office via the contact form below.
Frequently Asked Questions
Frontier Lodge is a Christian youth camp that welcomes campers from all backgrounds. We are non-denominational in our scope and are concerned more with the sharing of God and His creation with our young people. We believe in exhibiting the Gospel through Action, through Word and through Deed. This takes place in our daily chapel time as we sing, hear and celebrate the Gospel message, it takes place in the way we treat one another and in how we interact, it takes place in what we do each and every day.
While many of our families are bilingual, the Family Retreat communications and activities will be offered in English only.
Registration for Family Retreats in 2025 will open on May 31st at 9am on a first-come, first-served basis.

A 50% credit card deposit will be required to secure the registration. The remaining balance can be paid in one or more installments and must be paid before arrival at camp.
We will be monitoring the situation as we expect a high volume of registrations and for a waitlist to be started once housing accommodations are fully booked.
When a family is added to a waitlist for the rustic cabin accommodation, this could be a temporary position as we adjust cabins, or it could be a more permanent status (waiting for a cancellation) depending at what point the registration is submitted.
If you are placed on a waitlist for a rustic cabin, please consider if you are willing to bring a tent for your family instead.Â
If you are interested in attending a Family Retreat, please register and add yourself to the waitlist. If you are not on the waitlist, there will be no chance to attend the event.
Our office will contact you to discuss your placement on the waitlist and if you are likely to receive a spot. Otherwise, we would love for you to join us with a Day Pass!
Cancellations cannot be completed through your parent portal. However, if you need to cancel your registration for any reason, please contact us at: office@frontierlodge.org. A full refund will be provided.
